Hanger quality inspection process

Yesterday our customer's third party Quality inspection personnel came to our factory for inspection.
According to the inspection process, each type is randomly selected a certain number of hangers for inspection and load bearing test.
The bearing capacity of the metal hook is 5KG and that of the cross-bar is 2.5kg, so no problem to hang clothes. We will put corresponding weight of stones in plastic bags and conduct a 30-minute test on randomly selected products.
The box is also randomly selected to measure its box gauge and weight.
Occasionally some products have some small defects, but for a large number, can be ignored
